This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I was pre-approved over the phone and because I live almost 3 hours away, everything was done when I arrived. Nick was an excellent salesman and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in and out within an hour (minus the test drive). LF Autos has nice, affordable vehicles with low mileage. If you are looking for a good quality vehicle, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. I have recommended this dealership to my family and friends 10 out of 10 rating!!!

I had a great experience with LF Autos! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They allowed me to test-drive several different cars and trucks and were very knowledgeable about each vehicle.I really liked the Lexus, but I noticed that the brakes and brake pads didn’t sound right during the test drive. Instead of trying to rush the sale, he insisted on fixing both and having me come back the next day to test-drive it again before I purchased it. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe and that I was completely comfortable with my decision.Great guy and great customer service! I would 100% recommend LF Autos to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We emailed Nick about a specific car my wife was looking at on his site (2021 Volkswagen Tiguan) and nick called back right away. We were at his shop within two hours with already securing a loan from our bank. I kid you not, but we were out the door with our new car in one hour. I can say nick is fair, friendly and a great communicator. My wife I really appreciate the education he dropped on us and his overall vibe. Some people are scared of smaller dealerships, but after learning more about how his shop works, I can only say great things about LF Autos and would highly recommend reaching out to the team. You will not be disappointed.

My favorite guys! I’m a woman who has never purchased a car by myself. This can feel very intimidating. I was immediately put at ease when I walked in. I trust them and know that I’m being taken care of. I’m soooo glad I found them and I love my car!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an outstanding experience purchasing our F-150.One of the biggest challenges was that we were buying from out of state, and the dealership went above and beyond to help make the entire process work. They were flexible, patient, and worked with us on timing, paperwork, and scheduling so everything could come together despite the distance and our complicated schedule.They communicated clearly throughout the process, answered our questions, and helped coordinate everything so we could complete the purchase without unnecessary stress. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt like they genuinely wanted to help us make the deal work in a way that fit our situation.What really stood out was their willingness to work with us when plans changed and timelines shifted. They were accommodating, professional, and made what could have been a difficult out-of-state purchase surprisingly smooth.The best part was seeing how excited Brandon was when he finally drove away in his new truck. After all the planning and coordination, watching him drive home with a huge smile on his face made the entire experience worth it.
